MEASURING YOUR HEAD To find the perfect fit, you'll need either a measuring tape. Wrap the tape around the largest part of your head, stopping at the center of your forehead just above your eyebrows. Hold the tape firmly, not too tight or too loose, to determine where the hat will sit for maximum comfort. Note the measurement and refer to our size chart to find your corresponding size.

SIZING TIPS If your measurement falls between sizes, it's best to choose the next larger size. While our hat sizes are standard across the USA, factors like material and hair volume can affect the fit. A slightly roomier hat is much more comfortable and easier to adjust than one that's too tight.

MEN'S VS. WOMEN'S HATS Men's hats are typically sized numerically or alphabetically, with some offering a one-size-fits-most option. These "one size" hats are designed to fit heads with a circumference of 21.5" to 23".

Women's hats often come in a standard one-size-fits-most style, with an adjustable inner drawstring or band to accommodate head sizes ranging from 21.5" to 22.25" in circumference.

HAT ALTERATION OPTIONS Many "one size" hats for both men and women feature an inner drawstring that allows you to adjust the fit. Gently pull the drawstring to tighten the hat up to two sizes.

Hats without inner drawstrings may have bands made of leather, elastic, or foam lining. In these cases, you can use sizing tape to refine the fit, maintaining the shape of the sweatband and inner lining without any damage.
